Twin Elements Bartending likes to take the questions out of booking a mobile bartender. Here are some of the frequently asked questions!
Q: Are you licensed?
A: We are licensed and insured in the state of Florida.

Q: What certification do you have and what is your experience?
A: We are SERV Safe Alcohol certified. We are experienced in event services, bars/nightclubs, and restaurants. With experience ranging from 1 up to 15 years.

Q: Why does Twin Elements not Supply the alcohol?
A: Twin Elements Bartending does not provide any alcohol with any of our packages due to FL Liquor Licensing and Law.

Q: What will be due at booking?
A: We do ask that you place a 10% deposit at booking to secure your date. Remaining balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to event date.
Q: What payment options does Twin Elements Accept?
A: We accept cash app, Venmo, PayPal and cash payments at this time.
Q: Do we have have a tip jar on the bar?
A: Like everybody in the service industry, our bartenders do work for gratuity. Most customers allow tip options (jar and electronic) on the bar during the event. However, if you do not want to, that's OK! We can add gratuity to your invoice and you can prepay.
